How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of our store, we can only refund cost (minus shipping) on gently used items that are returned in their original state. Open bottles of Perfumes/Colognes can not be returned.
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. You can return merchandise and the original invoice within 14 days of the date on your invoice to receive a refund back on your original tender. Returned items must be in new condition, with original tags attached. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.
